Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the whole wheat flour, coriander, and salt.
  • Add the honey and olive oil to the dry ingredients, stirring until a crumbly dough forms.
  • Gradually add water, a tablespoon at a time, until the dough holds together but is not sticky.
  • Roll the dough out thinly on a floured surface, about 1/8 inch thick.
  • Cut the dough into small rounds or squares, mimicking the shape of wafers.
  • Place the wafers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until lightly golden and crisp.
  • Let the wafers cool before serving.
