You Have The Authority To Stop A Spiritual Attack

Have you ever felt like certain people are being used to drain you, discourage you, or create chaos in your life?

You’re not imagining it.
And you’re not alone.

Many believers are under spiritual attack — and often, those attacks come through people. But here’s what most of us forget (myself included):

You’re not fighting a person. You’re facing the principality behind them and you have the authority to stop a spiritual attack.

🛡️ Spiritual Warfare Often Looks Like People Problems

The enemy is clever. He doesn’t always show up in obvious ways.
Sometimes he shows up through:

• A narcissist who won’t leave you alone
• An abuser who keeps reappearing
• A toxic relationship, manipulative words, or emotional sabotage

And it feels personal, right?

But the Bible says in Ephesians 6:12:

“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world…”

That means your battle isn’t with the human face you see. It’s with the spiritual power trying to operate through them.

✝️ You Have Authority — And You Can Use It

Here’s the good news:
You’re not powerless in this battle.

If you belong to Jesus Christ, you have real spiritual authority.
You have permission to fight back — not with your fists, but with faith.

Luke 10:19 – “I have given you authority… to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you.”

You can:

• Rebuke the spirit behind the chaos in Jesus’ name
• Speak the opposite of what the enemy is trying to plant
• Pray peace when storms rise
• Declare truth where lies try to stick

And yes — it works.

I’ve done this. I’ve spoken out loud, even in private, rebuking the principality or power in Jesus’ name and asking God to fill my life with the opposite of what the enemy is doing.

And things change.

👑 Walk in Confidence: You Are God’s Child

Spiritual warfare gets weaker the moment you realize who you are:

• You are a child of God.
• You are covered by the blood of Jesus.
• You have access to His power and protection.
• You are not a victim — you are an heir to the Kingdom.

You don’t have to sit back and take every hit.
You can stand. Speak. Pray. Push back.

🗣️ Final Word: Don’t Fight the Person — Fight the Spirit Behind It

If you’re under spiritual warfare right now — especially if it’s coming through someone — stop and breathe.

You don’t need to fight them.
You need to fight what’s trying to work through them.

Use your voice.
Use your Scripture.
Use your God-given authority.

You are not powerless.
You are protected.
And in the name of Jesus Christ — you can tell that spirit to leave.
