Heavenly Father,
On this special day, I come before You with a heart full of gratitude. I thank You for another year of life, for the blessings You have bestowed upon me, and for the love and grace You continuously pour out.
Your Word says, “This is the day that the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it” (Psalm 118:24). I am truly grateful for this day, a gift from You, and I celebrate it with joy and thanksgiving.
Lord, as I reflect on the past year, I am reminded of Your faithfulness. Your promise in Lamentations 3:22-23 assures me that “Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.” Thank You for Your unending love and for walking with me through every season of life.
I pray for Your continued guidance and strength in the year ahead. “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight” (Proverbs 3:5-6). May I seek Your wisdom in every decision and trust in Your plan for my life.
Grant me the courage to face any challenges and the grace to embrace Your blessings with humility and gratitude. I am reminded of Philippians 4:13, “I can do all this through him who gives me strength.” May Your strength be my support and Your peace my comfort.
As I step into this new year, I ask for Your continued favor and protection. “The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face shine on you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace” (Numbers 6:24-26).
Thank You, Lord, for this birthday and for all the days to come. I trust in Your promises and look forward to the future with hope and faith.
